Hatfield Social Club - COVID-19 Updates
We look forward to welcoming you back at the club, but things will not be as they were for the time being.
Our hours for the time being will be
Monday – 3PM til 9PM
Tuesday – 3PM til 9PM
Wednesday – 3PM til 9PM
Thursday – 3PM til 9PM
Friday – 12PM til 9PM
Saturday – 12PM til 9PM
Sunday – 12PM til 7PM
The club will initially be members and their partners only. You may he asked for your membership card at any time. If you do not have it, you may not be served. Lapsed members should speak with the Secretary or President before attending the club. Until further notice, we are strictly over 18’s only.
There will be no live music or sport for the time being. Music will only be played at a low background level.
Heres a list of the rules we’ll be asking you to comply with until further notice.
1) For the time being we will only be using the hall bar
2) 2 meter social distancing must be observed at all times, except within household groups.
3) You may not stand at the bar at any time other than to pay for your drinks and collect your drinks.
4) From time to time, we may serve you exclusively at your tables
5) The front door is an entrance only. You should exit via the garden doors.
6) After exiting the club to smoke you should re-enter via the front door
7) Gents should use the hall toilets. Ladies should use the foyer toilets. The games room toilets are for staff only. Some facilities are not available to comply with social distancing.
8) Tables and chairs have been placed at safe social distances and should not be moved around the hall unless agreed with a member of the committee.
9) Our capacity for the time being is around 40-50, seats are first come first served, if we should hit capacity, you may be asked to use the garden or queue outside the club.
These are not all the rules that you may be asked to comply with, but these are the highlights you should be aware of for the time being.
These new rules and restrictions will be monitored and reviewed regularly. Please keep an eye on this page or our facebook page for updates. All updates will also be dispayed in the club
