Perfect Location, Easy Access and Free Parking

At Hatfield Social Club, we offer the perfect solution for a perfect venue with well stocked bars and ample parking space. Conveniently situated opposite Hatfield Railway Station, access is not a problem.

The Hall can be configured to your suited requirements, with a traditional ‘top’ table for the main guests etc. The remaining tables can be configured to suite your preference.

For weddings and special ceremonies the chairs can be covered and dressed as you can see in some of the images and, even though we say so ourselves, made to look as beautiful as the people attending.

Make your special occasion memorable at the perfect venue, with friendly staff that help you make it enjoyable and problem free.

Before we go any further, please note we DO NOT hire our Halls for 18th Birthday Parties.

21st Birthday Parties are at the managements discretion

Hall Hire Costs

Here are our charges for hiring the hall.

Please note: we do not make a charge for Funerals.

Daytime

For seminars for private companies, during the day we charge £250+vat for a full day or £175+vat for upto 4 hours 
This price is negotiable for charities and club members.

Night-Time
Friday Nights are £100 for members and £250 for non-members.

We require a £150 returnable deposit on booking and the hall hire charge 14 days before the event. The £150 will be returned after the event assuming there is no damage to property.

 

Saturday Nights
Are available on alternate weeks, please call the club for availability. 

The deposit of £150 is required on booking and cost is £100 for members and £250 for non-members alike, which is required 14 days before the event

Please note

  • Reduced rate is for members who have been with the club 6 months or more
  • We no longer allow the use of table confetti

Special Note
You may also lose your deposit should you attempt to book an 18th or 21st party as another event
